Please explain what to do if GOST-R certificate issued scheme
3 to the manufacturer, which is located in China. Can a representative of the manufacturer which is located
in Russia, to approve a copy of your certificate blue stamp for the sale of goods?
Legally the manufacturer and his representative in Moscow - that's two different organizations. If in the Certificate is not shown in the Moscow representative, to approve
the Certificates has the right to copy only the Chinese manufacturer.
There is a second way: you can accept a copy of a Notary
Public or with the authority Notified Bodies issuing the Certificate.

What

According to the Regulation Goststandard FF 15 from 21.09.1994

tests carried out (if it is envisaged certification scheme) during the whole period of validity of the certificate
at least once a year in the form of regular and unscheduled inspections, including the testing of production samples
and other controls necessary to confirm that it carried out production continues to be consistent with the required
standards and confirmed by certification.
Criteria for determining the volume control and systematic research is the degree of potential danger to the production,
stability of production, sales volume, quality system, the cost of carrying out control testing, etc.
Volume, list and control to carry out research set in the order of certification of homogeneous production.
In this way, if the certificate was issued for 3 years, then control testing throughout the lifetime of the certificate
shall not be less than 3.
